Claire Cooper Therapy, based in St. Albans and North West London, offers face to face and online counselling to clients throughout the UK.

The First Step

The first thing to do is email or telephone me with your contact details and a brief description or any questions you may have regarding the therapy. I am available 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. I will then get back in touch to arrange a free 20-minute session without any obligation.

After the 20-minute session, if we decide that we can work together, then we can proceed with a first session. This will involve a detailed assessment, which will give us both an opportunity to explore how we might work together in a way that is relevant to your therapeutic needs. This could mean either short or long term counselling with regular review sessions.

Practical Considerations:

Each therapy session will last for 50 minutes, which will usually be held at the same time each week. I can be flexible with timings for the sessions if essential.

Sessions start from £75. I offer concession rates for key workers, students, trainees, those on a low income and unemployed. Please note that all concession places are currently full. Payments are accepted via bank transfer.
