I offer a non-judgmental, supportive space for collaborative exploration and growth. Ensuring client security, I create a safe environment for exploring feelings at a comfortable pace. Committed to fostering personal awareness and positive change, I am a registered member of the BACP and UKCP, adhering to their ethical standards. I am fully DBS checked and ICO registered.

Training

I trained at the Minster Centre, London, the UK’s leading Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling training institute.

To ensure I can provide you with the best help possible, I am engaged in ongoing professional development.

Therapy sessions are face to face or online.

My practice is based in St. Albans and Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire.

Each therapy session will last for 50 minutes

Sessions are usually held at the same time each week. I can be flexible with timings for the sessions if essential and/or available.

Sessions start from £75

I offer concession rates for students, trainees, those on a low income and unemployed. Payments are accepted via bank transfer.
